BORGIA TRUFFLE BEER Birra artigianale al tartufo – Limit Edition VIII MMXX

We present a preview of our latest creation in collaboration with BirraSalento – Officine Birrai -, a drawing of the label made by Vincenzo D’Alba – Kiasmo:

Beer of Anglo-Saxon inspiration, to which however we have given a profound territorial connotation. It comes in the glass with a beautiful amber color and ivory foam. It expresses itself on the nose with elegant honeyed notes and dried fruit, complementary to the more rustic ones of undergrowth given by the black truffle. On the palate it reflects the sense of smell, with an enveloping and rich body. A slight bitter and earthy note on the finish makes it elegant and balanced. It lends itself very well to the table with various possible combinations …. Perfect even drunk alone.

SALENTO PIZZICA BEER

COLOUR: GRADE OF CLARITY ALC.: 5.2% VOL. FERMENTATON: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: ITALY

First tribute to Salento’s land this high fermentation beer is characterized by an intense gold color and a persistent foam. The malted tones are well balanced with hops so as to leave the nose and mouth also the scents of the yeast. The low alcohol content and the note released by the pepper makes a tasty beer, refreshing and worthy of the name.

SALENTO TARANTA BEER

COLOUR: GRADE OF AMBER ALC.: 6.0% VOL. FERMENTATON: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: ITALY

High-fermented beer with deep colour covered with a thick foam. Its smooth taste is well balanced by the hops. The particular technique with spicy pepper enhances the aromas in the nose and makes the intriguing drunk, without ever being excessive. Suitable for those who want to raise the tone of the Pizzica.

SALENTO BEGGIA BEER

amber-colored beer charge, from the persistent foam Beggia stimulates the discerning drinkers. The smooth taste, exalted at various times from the biscuit and caramel given by special malts and the body decided to make a beer to savour quietly or to accompany structured foods.

SALENTO AGRICOLA BEER

Light golden beer in Helles Bavarian style, Agricola is characterized by a nice compact foam, a round body and a well-balanced bitterness. In the heart of German tradition, malting sweet tones make it masterful, while the honey from the Halle-Tauer flavors is a scent of perfumes, from the herb to the chef that exalts the ease of drinking and make it the ideal companion of any moment of the day.

SALENTO FRESCA BEER

The name already says it all.. Fresca recalls white Belgian wheat beers, rich and creamy foam, opalescent coat and intense scents of coriander and orange peelings, balanced in the mouth with a light blotch that gives the palate a fresh freshness and makes it Ideal summer companion.

SCHNEIDER MEIN BLONDES TAP 1

COLOUR: GRADE OF CLARITY ALC.: 5.2% VOL. FERMENTATON: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: GERMANY

Classic well-balanced weizen in which the malt and hops go together perfectly. The opacity given by the presence of yeasts is also evident in the aromas. The taste is round and spicy, with a prevalence of the bottom linked to the ripe banana. From the dry aftertaste leaving the mouth clean.

DEUS

COLOUR: DEGREE OF LIGHTNESS ALC.: 11.5% VOL. FERMENTATON: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: BELGIUM

Deus is a beer according to its ingredients ingredients but champagne for processes; brewed from barley, the first and second fermentation takes place in Belgium, while the fermentation in the bottle in France with consequent maturation according to the Champagne method.
